Repubblika Head Publishing A 750-Page Book With ‘Undeniable Proof’ On How Organised Crime Is Flourishing In Malta
Repubblika president Robert Aquilina will publish a 750-page book this Saturday which he said will include “undeniable proof” on how a system of organised crime has been allowed to flourish in Malta.
“This book is a treasure trove of information and documentation, which Dr Aquilina has received from various confidential sources,” the online description of the book – which will be released in the English language – reads.
“This information has been brought together and enriched with the personal insights and professional knowledge that he has brought to the table. This book opens a window and shines light on some very dark corners and will help readers reach their own conclusions as to whether the claim that ‘Maltese institutions are working’ has any veracity at all.”
The book’s title is currently blurred out on promotional posters, with Aquilina telling Lovin Malta that the reason behind this secrecy will become clear on Saturday.
“How often they asked us where the proof is,” Aquilina said.
“On Saturday, I will launch a book where I will reveal undeniable proof about a system of organised crime that was allowed to operate in Malta with the blessing of politicians and public officers. So much proof has arrived in my hands that it will be a 750-page book.”
“I will recount how the Maltese authorities betrayed the people and opened the doors wide open for organised crime to reign in our country. I will reveal clear evidence of a cover-up by high-ranking police officials on this case.”
