Santa Venera Murder: Boyfriend Reportedly Confesses To Gruesome Killing

The boyfriend of a Dutch woman found murdered in Santa Venera this morning has pleaded guilty to her murder, MaltaToday is reporting.
The woman, identified as a 22-year-old Dutch igaming worker Shannon Mak, was found with her throat slashed between two cars in Triq il-Mastrudaxxi, Santa Venera at around 6:20am. A few hours later, police confirmed they had arrested a Dutchman in connection with the murder and the suspect was cooperating.
According to initial reports, the woman had been sighted at an entertainment outlet in Qawra earlier on in the night.
