Shootout In Ħal Qormi Village Square, Police Arrest Suspect

Police have arrested a man on suspicion of shooting someone else during an argument in the San Franġisk village square of Ħal Qormi at around 8pm last night. The injured man has been identified as a 56-year-old from Ħaż-Żabbar, while police aren’t officially confirming the identity of the alleged shooter. He has been taken to Mater Dei for treatment, where medics confirmed his injuries are not severe.
