Watch: Siġġiewi Field Ablaze As Nearby Residents Evacuated
A large fire spread across a field in Siġġiewi yesterday evening.
Residents were evacuated by local authorities as a precaution as the fire, believed to be a grassfire, spread in a field near homes and vehicles.

The incident occurred at around 8.30pm in Triq Dun Manwel Zammit.
Members of the Civil Protection Department were on site to control the fire.
A police spokesperson confirmed with Lovin Malta that no one was injured on site.
