Six New Corinthia Hotels Announced By Chairman Alfred Pisani In Forbes Interview

Six new hotels will be added to the Corinthia Hotels portfolio after a new announcement was made by Chairman Alfred Pisani in a new interview with Forbes.

In the interview, Pisani announced new 5-star hotels in Dubai, Bucharest, Brussels, Moscow, Rome and Doha, Qatar, with some set to be completed by 2021.

“We will look to any destination wherever we can command a premium rate befitting a luxury experience in cities or in resorts,” Pisani said to Forbes. “Europe remains our home ground, and we are constantly evaluating options across the continent. The U.S. is another of our big areas of focus, but likewise in areas of Africa.”

Pisani spoke of the company’s Maltese roots, 60-year-running success story and future plans to add a further six hotels to its impressive nine-property portfolio.

He also mentioned further plans for expansion beyond the six hotels, including more investment into his philanthropic endeavours.

Forbes is a global media company, its magazine focusing on business and finance. It is best known for its famous lists and rankings including lists of the wealthiest people and companies in the world.

Corinthia became a household name following the opening of its iconic London hotel in 2011, a regular which earned four stars from Forbes Travel Guide. It has since become a staple for celebrities and the entertainment business.
