Students Need To Present eSims Registration To Benefit From New Prices, KSU Clarify
KSU has clarified that students wanting to benefit from the recently slashed Campus Hub parking prices would need to present their eSims registration.
This comes after Campus Hub decided to offer cheaper parking prices for students after facing public scrutiny when bumping up prices to as much as €12 per day.
“Following the release of the updated car park prices, Campus Hub has recently announced that the price is dropping to €3.00 per day for all University of Malta students as of tomorrow, the 2nd of November,” KSU wrote in a statement.
“Whilst acknowledging this price drop, KSU would like to clarify that the proof of enrollment as a University of Malta student does not refer to the KSU Student Card, but the students’ eSims Registration issued by the University of Malta upon enrollment at the beginning of the academic year,” it clarified.
KSU is stressing this clarification as many students thought that they would need to present the KSU Student Card in order to benefit from the student price.
This comes amidst plans for university students to protest against the increased parking prices in just a few days.
