SURVEY: Have You Ever Been Catfished In Malta?

Article Featured Image

Catfishing is defined as “the process of luring someone into a relationship by means of a fictional online persona.”

In this modern age of dating apps, no less than 270 million people around the world used platforms such as Bumble, Grindr and Tinder to connect with someone and maybe even find love.

However a recent case in Malta of a gay man being catfished by a straight man in Sliema before being beaten has shined a spotlight on the underground issue.

Lovin Malta is conducting a survey into catfishing on the island – if you would like to contribute to it, just fill out the form below, and your details will be kept confidential.
