A 19-year-old food delivery biker died tragically last night after crashing his motorbike in Birkirkara Road in St Julian’s.

The young man, later identified as Denilson Briffa, lost control of his motorbike at around 10:30pm last night. Medics were called to the scene but Briffa was declared dead on arrival. Eyewitnesses told inewsmalta that Briffa’s regular clothes were found a few metres away from the accident, making it possible he was killed as he was driving home after a night’s work.
