These Are 11 Properties You Can Rent With €500 A Month In Malta

Rent prices in Malta have shot up dramatically in recent years; the average national price of a single bedroom apartment is now higher than the minimum wage, and even iGaming employees are starting to feel the pinch.

With that in mind, Lovin Malta decided to find out whether any apartments in Malta are still going for €500 a month on the market. As listings on real estate websites are not always kept up to date, we decided to scour a couple of the popular Facebook groups connecting landlords with tenants.

There weren’t many but we found a couple…
