Maltese food will take centre stage in the Lovin Malta TV adaptation of the hit Netflix show Chef’s Table. Top chef Marvin Gauci, owners of Tarragon, Buddhaman and Caviar & Bull, will star in the show that places a spotlight on local cuisine and the art of cooking.

Season 1 will also feature Artiglio’s head chef Janine Camilleri and Ali Baba’s Hany Harb, among many other Maltese chefs.

“Until recently nobody had heard of Spanish cuisine. It wasn’t known the way Italian or French food is known. But a few chefs started a food revolution there which has had ripples worldwide. The same is about to happen in Malta, and this show will be a major starting point,” says Marvin Gauci.

Chef’s Table Malta will air on Lovin Malta TV starting April 20th.
