1. For the uninitiated – Tough Mudder is a 13 to 15 obstacle course where you and your team will be challenged to work together and overcome everything thrown at you.

2. From Electroshock Therapy, crawling through a sludge-filled dyke of water to climbing 8-foot high walls and carrying your teammates across the tundra. This is a challenge you don’t want to miss.

3. Though only five kilometres long, the course will test both your mental, physical and psychological strength. Rather than being a solo challenge, the event aims to encourage teams to stick together and help each other get over the finishing line.

4. Crushing everything thrown in front of you with your besties, friends and colleagues is what it’s all about – and there’s no other challenge just like this on the island, so this is officially your opportunity to prove just what you’re made of.

5. Join your friends in a pyramid scheme, or get an arctic enema together. Tough Mudder 2022 will truly bring you and your friends closer, your relationship will become dirtier and you can go the distance.
