Two Fishermen Rescued After Boat Starts Sinking Outside Marsaskala Harbour
Rescuers from the Civil Protection Department’s Fire Station 5 rushed to Marsaskala yesterday afternoon after receiving a distress call about a fishing vessel that was sinking just outside the harbour.
The two fishermen on board were successfully rescued and brought aboard the CPD RHIB Delta 1. Fortunately, both are in good health.

The Civil Protection Department thanked the Mater Dei Hospital Emergency Department and the Malta Police Force for their prompt assistance in the operation.
