The men, aged 36 and 35, were reportedly observed handing over packets to other individuals before being arrested at a residence in Triq il-Wied, Marsalforn, in the limits of Żebbuġ.

During a search of the home, police discovered several packets containing a white substance suspected to be cocaine, with a street value of over €5,000. Around €4,000 in cash was also seized, along with other items believed to be linked to drug trafficking.

The two men are being held under arrest and are expected to appear in court in the coming days.

Magistrate Simone Grech is leading the inquiry, while police investigations are still ongoing.
