Update: 35-Year-Old Man From Qormi Killed In Xemxija Incident
A 35-year-old man and motorcyclist from Ħal Qormi lost his life this afternoon in a traffic accident in St Paul’s Bay.
The accident happened at around 12.30pm on the St Paul’s Bay Bypass.
Initial investigations revealed that the man was riding a Suzuki motorcycle in the direction of Xemxija when he lost control and crashed into the barriers.
The victim was immediately assisted by a medical team, but unfortunately, he was certified dead on site.
Magistrate Dr Ian Farrugia LL.D was informed of the case and appointed an inquiry.
Police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
