VSquared Praises First Responders After Office Hit By Naxxar Fire

Media company VSquared, whose offices were directly hit by a fire that broke out at the Hard Rocks Business Park in Naxxar this week, praised first responders for their dedication.
“On behalf of all the VSquared team, we would like to show our gratitude to the officers from the Civil Protection Malta, the Malta Police Force, and all the dedicated volunteers who have worked tirelessly over the past three days to extinguish the fire in the Naxxar warehouses, which is still ongoing,” VSquared said today.
“Your unwavering commitment and efforts are truly commendable, and Malta should be proud of your extraordinary service.”
“We are truly grateful to the businesses and individuals who reached out to offer alternative solutions and support during this time. Your kindness and willingness to help mean so much and show the strength of our community.”
“Lastly, we send our support and thoughts to the other businesses hugely affected in the area. It’s been a tough time for everyone, and we’re all in this together as we move forward.”
The fire broke out on Thursday night and required a long and gruelling CPD operation. Three firefighters sustained injuries after a roof collapsed on them during the operation, and two of them were sent to Mater Dei for treatment.
“In the face of fire, we found strength. Through exhaustion, we persevered,” CPD said.
The Lovin Malta offices are located within the same complex but were not directly affected by the flames.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the CPD and other first responders for their recent work.
This operation was a first-hand reminder of the dangerous work firefighters go through to keep our people safe and the bravery required to see it through.
