The Malta Police Force has just shared a photo of a wanted man who is currently being sought for related to an ongoing investigation.

The man’s name is Ramzi Abdulhafid Ib Abukem, however, no age or nationality has been given. 

Anyone that has any type of information is being requested to contact the police, through Facebook or either through 21224001/ 119 while quoting “6/2022”.

Ramzi was charged with beating a man to death in 2018 in Ħamrun, as well as holding another two against their will and threatening to kill them.

He is on bail for that case, which is yet to be concluded. 

He was also charged with attempted murder following a fight with bouncers in which he brandished a sword in 2016.

More recently, he was linked to a high-profile murder of Mario Farrugia but was released without charge pending investigation.

Ramzi was also recently subject to an investigation into footage showing him brandishing a weapon along the Sliema seafront.
