Little Henry Mamo’s trips to the hospital had thousands of people across the island – and abroad – following his story, hoping and wishing for a swift recovery.
Days on from being released from hospital, Lovin Malta visited Henry and his mother Lorinda at Kin Cafe in San Gwann.
In a positive mood, Henry was playing on his tablet, researching one of his favourite topics: marine life, specifically, hermit crabs.

Henry lives with Prune Belly Syndrome as well as Chronic Kidney Disease – but that doesn’t stop him from brightening up every room he’s in.
He’s had issues with eating, having recently spent an entire month feeling ill every time he tried to have a bite. Henry had even opened up about feeling terrified as he recovered in hospital.
