Members of the Civil Society Network, who organised today’s national demonstration, have just presented President Marie Louise Coleiro Preca with a short list of demands.

The demands were for the immediate resignation of the Police Commissioner Lawrence Cutajar and Attorney General Peter Grech, and the appointment of a new Police Commissioner and Attorney General with a two-thirds parliamentary majority, so as not to have another “puppet” installed.

The President thanked the Civil Society Network for their work and dedication.
