Watch: DB’s Hard Rock Hotel Pembroke Project Is Picking Up Pace
Construction is rapidly advancing on db Group’s City Centre project in Pembroke.
The project, on the former ITS site, is set to include the new Hard Rock Hotel Malta, as well as high-end residences, a mall, 12 restaurants and bars, a lido, a supermarket, and green and public spaces.
It has long been in the works, with development following an eight-year legal battle.
The project was initially conceived as a 37-tower and a 17-storey hotel but it was eventually scaled down to three towers of 17 and 16 and 12 floors.
The db Group plans to inaugurate the project in early 2026.
