A fire broke out in an apartment on Qui-Si-Sana Road in Sliema just after midnight, prompting a swift response from emergency services.
While some individuals were treated on site for smoke inhalation, police confirmed that no one was hospitalised.

The Sliema Local Council, who also shared footage of the incident, praising the Civil Protection Department, police, and medical teams for their fast and professional handling of the situation.
“We extend our heartfelt thanks to all first responders for their courage and efficiency, and to the residents who cooperated during the emergency,” the council wrote
