Watch: ‘God Did Not Make You Gay’ – Gordon Manche Slams Priests’ ‘Corrupt, Demonic, Heretic’ Teachings
River of Love pastor Gordon Manche recently preached to his followers that God does not make you gay, slamming what previous “corrupt, demonic, heretic priests” have said on the matter.
“When you have a liberal, corrupt, demonic priest preaching nonsense on television on how someone leading a homosexual life was created by God in that way, it’s not true,” pastor Gordon Manche passionately told his audience during his latest sermon.
“God did not make you gay, nor did he make you a lesbian,” he stressed.
“Otherwise, I could argue that God made me a fornicator, I enjoy chasing girls,” Manche said comically.
“Does God love me? Yes. Does God have a way and hope for me? Yes… but not because God made me that way,” he yelled.
“So stop perpetrating this stupid excuse and horrific obscenity that many Maltese and Gozitan people have fallen for, as have people all around the world,” the Maltese pastor passionately continued, smirking.
“God did not create you how you are now.”
“Because the moment I fight with my wife or one of you, I can just blame God and say that God wanted it to be like that. And that’s an obscenity. We’ll blame everything on God. Amen, brothers?”
Pastor Manche was recently under heat after one of his members, Matthew Grech, was charged with promoting gay conversion therapy.
“Never has any kind of therapy or so-called conversion therapy ever taken place inside River of Love and claims that they do are barefaced lies,” Manche’ had told Lovin Malta.
He said that River of Love preaches the “complete” teachings of Jesus and that any form of conversion therapy is inferior to the power of God.
