The Superintendent of Public Health Charmaine Gauci will be giving a live press conference today where she will announce the latest confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Malta as well as any other relevant new information related to the pandemic.
She is also expected to announce any new preventative measures to be rolled out to inhibit the spread of the novel coronavirus in Malta.

Yesterday, 14 new cases of COVID-19 were found in Malta. The island has now undertaken over 10,000 swab tests as it battles against the virus.
Though there have been thousands of deaths in other countries, there have been no deaths due to the coronavirus in Malta.
