Watch: Man Pulls Up At Busy Birkirkara Bus Stop Triggering Wild Gang Fight
Camera footage of a public brawl that erupted in the middle of a busy Birkirkara road has led to raised concerns over the safety in the street.
In the video, which was taken on Tuesday 16th March, shows a busy bus stop, with people waiting.
One person wearing a bright orange outfit walks out into the road in front of traffic, causing a vehicle, a Toyota saloon car, to slow down, before stopping.
As the car stops, a thickset man wearing green walks towards the passenger window as the orange-clad bends over into the driver’s window.
The thickset man then opens the passenger door, before running to the drivers door, before the driver, wearing a black shirt, comes out, and the trio begin throwing punches as bystanders watch.
The driver then heads back into the car before emerging with something in his hand as the attackers back off. A woman removes the item from the driver’s hand, and attempts to get between the men.
The green-wearing man then runs away, before returning with a weapon.
At one point, the car’s lefthand mirror becomes completely dislodged in the fracas.
