Watch: Playful Leaping Dolphins Spotted Off Southern Coast Of Malta
A playful pod of dolphins was spotted leaping out of the water off the Southern coast of Malta.
In an unexpected Boxing Day spotting, the dolphins were spotted leaping next to the fish farms situated in the area.
The footage was captured and sent to Lovin Malta by Nigel Sullivan, who was on a boat nearby when he spotted the dolphins.
Bottlenose dolphins are resident in Malta and live very close to the shore so it’s quite possible to spot them from the coast if you are lucky and patient enough to observe the sea carefully.
