Prime Minister Joseph Muscat was met with a barrage of jeers, eggs, coins, vegetables, and stones as he exited parliament this evening, amidst a political crisis brought on by the resignations of Keith Schembri and Keith Schembri and suspension of Chris Cardona.

The three have all stepped down from the roles after Yorgen Fenech, the main suspect in the assassination of Daphne Caruana Galizia, started spilling the beans on the case and other corruption allegations.

Other Labour Party MPs were met with similar response from protestors currently gathered in front of Parliament.

A second protest will take place in front of Castille this evening at 7 pm.
