Prime Minister Robert Abela has attended Jan Pace’s final farewell, paying tribute to a tragic loss that touched the hearts of the entire nation.
Jan is being laid to rest this morning at the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy in Naxxar where loved ones have gathered to say their final goodbyes.
The 36-year-old beloved hairdresser was tragically found dead in a Pietà residence last Sunday, following a nationwide search that gripped the country.
Jan’s coffin was seen arriving at the church this morning, with emotional scenes unfolding as mourners prepared for the start of the funeral mass.
In a touching message, Jan’s family asked for donations to be made to Crisis Resolution Malta instead of flowers, in memory of a man who brought love, laughter, and light to so many.
