Watch: Stagno Navarra Reports Andrew Borg Cardona To Police Over Euthanasia Comment

Journalist Karl Stagno Navarra announced that he has reported lawyer Andrew Borg Cardona to the police for “hate speech”.
Stagno Navarra filed a police complaint after Borg Cardona published a Facebook post stating: “Can we make euthanasia compulsory for Labour trolls?”
He also reported journalist Michael Kaden, who commented under Borg Cardona’s post that the “problem is that this condition doesn’t cause them severe pain”.
Stagno Navarra said he reported the two men to the police after over 3,000 people signed an online petition requesting him to take such action.
“These signatures are a strong mandate for the complaint I filed to the police commissioner, and I have been informed that investigations have already started,” he said.
“I can say that I have done my duty with regards to the arrogant and hostile manner in which these extremists who have seized the PN speak. They believe that they are the only righteous ones, while others are only fir for the trash.”
Borg Cardona brushed off Stagno Navarra’s action, writing “Oh wow, I shall have to emigrate”.
However, Stagno Navarra insisted that this is no laughing matter.
“Although he’s a lawyer, he doesn’t know how seriously the courts take hate speech,” he said. “Many PL supporters have suffered large fines, suspended sentences and even effective prison sentences for banal comments they wrote on social media.”
“If he isn’t taking it seriously, then he needs a wake-up call.”
