You’ve probably been to more than a couple of parties in your life before, and we’re willing to bet at least one of them was “like, the best party ever”. But in a couple of days’ time, in anticipation of G7 Events‘ latest massive concept, a number of celebrities and influencers from all around the world (and one Maltese personality) will be attending the coolest party in the world… gravity not included.

If clubbing is your passion, then you might’ve heard of BigCityBeats Radio. Germany’s biggest radio live network for club music, BCBR host some insane events, including the legendary WorldClubDome. The “largest club in the world”, WCD is a 700,000 square metre clubbing extravaganza that is open for just three days every year.

As if club trains, hotel cruises and the largest club in the world weren’t enough, though, WCD organised something even bigger; the first ever zero-gravity club event

Last year, WCD ZERO GRAVITY saw 50 clubbers party alongside superstar DJs like Steve Aoki as a billion people watched the airborne party unfurl in all its awesomeness (and lack of gravity).

Through BigCityBeatsRadio, WCD collaborated with the European Space Agency, and if you’re thinking this sounds like the best thing ever, wait until you actually see what it looks like.

This year, the zero gravity party is back… and Malta is sending one of its most popular DJ-personalities to the mix!

Taking off on March 25th, WCD ZERO GRAVITY 2.0 will see the iconic white jet leave Frankfurt – and our atmosphere – again, and the superstar guests are back.

Original ‘space cowboy’ Jay Kay from Jamiroquai will be joining a number of celebrities and influencers, alongside a live set by number one Australian DJ Timmy Trumpet and a new track premier by DJ Le Shuuk.

As for Malta, the white and red will be represented by Vibe FM’s Frank Zammit

That’s right! The island’s very own DJ, personality and adrenaline junky Frank will be embarking on the zero-gravity party as Malta’s first ever ambassador at this insane event.

From nosing around backstage at Paris’ Moulin Rouge to visiting the Arctic Circle to sit on Santa’s lap, to skydiving over the Nevada Desert, to running around in an oversized mobile phone costume, Frank’s thirst for the exciting and different definitely makes him the right kind of crazy for this experience.

“I am super excited to be the very first Maltese to ever experience the zero-gravity clubbing concept, and float around in complete weightlessness with the original Space Cowboy himself!” Frank excitedly announced. “Partying with some of the biggest names out there while defying gravity is really going to be an out of this world experience!”

Even downtime is an opportunity for a laugh for Frank

Malta’s presence at the zero-gravity party is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the island’s inclusion in the global partying concepts

In fact, Frank’s take-off alongside all those big names will act as the official launch for a series of WCD events happening all over the world, and this time, islanders won’t just be enviously looking on from their phones and laptops.

World Club Dome is kicking off an “Island Edition” party, right here in Malta this summer!

Yep, you read that right! The incredible Road to World Club Dome will for the first time ever be coming to our tiny Mediterranean islands this summer, with a trailer for the massive event coming very soon.

Tourism Minister Konrad Mizzi, whose ministry is supporting the event, highlighted that the German market is key for the Maltese tourism industry, going on to say that investing in huge international events such as WCD is definitely the way forward.

In fact, G7 Events and Gianpula Village will be bringing the massive international brand over to Malta for three massive summer events in unique locations over the next three years.

In the meantime though, be sure to like and follow WorldClubDome Malta for updates!
