A tree fell in a main road in Attard earlier this afternoon, leading to a temporary road closure.

Thankfully, no one was injured in the incident which occurred along Triq In-Nutar Zarb, Attard, earlier this afternoon. 

Members from the Civil Protection Department went on site to assist and clear the fallen branches which were obstructing the busy road.

Traffic is expected in the area due to the road closure. Transport Malta officials are on site.
