Watch: Youths Filmed Throwing Stones At Duck In Valletta, Police Called In
Environmental Protection Police are investigating a video which appears to show a group of youths throwing stones at a wild duck in Valletta.
The video was published by the Malta Ranger Unit after a member of the public alerted them to the incident.
“Our Ranger nearby informed the Valletta police about the case within minutes and a description of the offenders was provided,” they said.

“They also kept the Police up to date about the offenders’ whereabouts.”
The Malta Ranger Unit later confirmed that the youths were summoned to a police station and thanked the police for their quick action.
The video led to an outcry online, with some people even seeking to identify the Facebook profiles of the youths seen in the video.
