Rain, thunder, and a spooky full moon. That’s what many people think of when they hear Friday the 13th, and while this week will indeed see a bright and full moon grace the night skies over Malta, it seems like the islands are in for a very fair mid-September weekend.

Today’s gorgeous start might be the sunniest in the line-up for this weekend, but it’s not looking too bad for the rest of the days either.

With highs of 31°C across the board, expect a very warm weekend that’ll make you want to go back to the beach one last time. The days will mostly be sunny, save for a partly cloudy spell on Sunday.

The wind seems to have finally died down after last week’s storm too, so don’t expect those lows of 22°C to feel too cold.

In other words, there’s literally no excuse not to head to Valletta on Saturday afternoon – yaaas!
