‘Be Extra Careful’: CPD Warns Of Fallen Trees Following Malta’s Thunderstorm

Storm season is officially upon us, with one hitting the island last night.

The thunderstorm left a barrage of trees and water obstructing the roads, causing a potential danger to drivers.

However, motorists specifically have been urged “to be extra careful and drive with caution” by Civil Protection Malta.

CPD, as well as Clean Malta and Transport Malta are working together to clear any obstacles and “keep our roads as safe as possible”.
