Feels Like 39°C! August’s First Weekend Set To Hit Malta With A Heat Blast

If you’re not a fan of how hot Maltese summers can get, then you’re in for one in the coming days.
 
The first weekend of August will see temperatures budge further up, with the already-high days of mid-30s about to go even higher. In fact, with a Yellow Warning already in effect for today, the mercury is only set to keep rising.
 
In fact, today’s high of 35°C will feel even warmer, but it looks like tomorrow will be the hottest day of the weekend, with maximum temperatures of 37°C set to feel more like 39°C.

Meanwhile, the evenings won’t offer much as far as respite goes, with the temperature never going down further than the mid-20s.
