The temperature in the Maltese islands will soar up to 37°C but will feel like 38°C next week according to the Malta Airport Meteorological office.

So far, the average temperature for July has been that of 27°C. The weather forecasted for the upcoming weekend is said to be with highs around 34°C. However, due to high humidity, the temperature will feel like 38°C.

Next week, west winds are expected to hit the islands, reaching up to force 5 while relieving us from the heat.

The forecasted UV index is marked as 10 from Thursday 17th July up to Tuesday 22nd July, so be sure to wear that sunscreen.
