Storm Crashes Malta’s Summer Party
The Maltese islands were hit with a sudden thunderstorm, a day earlier than expected.
Temperatures have gone down from 32°C to 22°C in areas that have been hit by the storm. Transport Malta sent an alert for drivers to drive with extreme caution due to the sudden rainfall which made roads very slippery.
One of the people, Luke Lyttleton, that has been spotted ‘enjoying’ his day despite the storm wrote “F*ck it. It’s my day off,” on Facebook as he lay in his outdoor area amid the hail.
