The Beginning Of The End? Malta’s Temperatures Set To Start ‘Gradually Dropping’ As Of Today

Malta might be experiencing some intense late summer heat and haze this week… but it seems like the final days of the season will slowly see a deescalation of the temperatures we’ve come to know (and at times hate).
 
“As of tomorrow, temperatures will gradually start dropping (slowly),” popular Facebook forecasting page It-Temp Madwarna wrote on Facebook yesterday, later showing how today’s maximum temperature of 33°C should eventually become Sundays’ 28°C. But that’s not all, with other forecasters even predicting wind and rain on the horizon.

According to the official Met Office forecast on the Malta International Airport website, a windy Sunday will give way to a first week of autumn which could see isolated showers hitting the islands by Tuesday as the temperatures continue budging all the way down to 25°C.
