‘Where Are All The Je Suis Charlie Posts Now?’ – Franco Debono

Franco Debono has called out society for “hypocrisy” in its reaction to the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

Debono recounted how when 12 employees of the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo were killed in a 2015 terrorist attack, social media was flooded with “Je Suis Charlie” messages of solidarity.

“What is the difference between Charlie Hebdo and Charlie Kirk?” he questioned.

“Don’t human lives have the same value and doesn’t free expression apply equally for everyone? But no one is saying Je Suis Charlie nowadays because we live in a very hypocritical society.”
