World’s Best Luxury Hotel Brand Six Senses To Take Over Comino Hotel

Luxury resort brand Six Senses has been announced as the operator of the new Comino Hotel, with developers emphasising the company’s commitment to environmentally sustainable and socially conscious practices.
The eco-resort brand currently operates 22 hotels and resorts worldwide.
Developers Melo Hili and Antonio Belvedere shared in an interview with Times of Malta that the resort aims to provide luxury by offering clients a closer connection to nature.
They addressed concerns regarding the impact of the new hotel on Comino’s delicate ecosystem, assuring that efficient waste treatment and measures to minimize light and noise pollution would be in place.
Hili emphasized that the hotel will be plastic-free and will prioritize the use of local products. Furthermore, Belvedere stated that the resort will not host events generating loud noise, such as pool parties or music events, keeping the environment calm and peaceful.
The new hotel replaces a derelict former hotel, and developers remain confident that their plans will provide value and employment opportunities while protecting the surrounding environment.
