Yellow Weather Warning On As Strong Winds Expected To Batter Malta Until This Evening
A yellow weather wind warning has been issued by the Meteorological Office in Malta as the island enters day two of heavy winds battering its coasts.
The Meteorological Office said that the Northwest wind, later backing West to Northwest, will be strong over exposed areas of the Maltese islands today.
The Office said the gales are expected to reach Force 6, which will remain in force at least until tomorrow over exposed areas.
This warning will remain in force till 10pm today.
