Yorgen Fenech ‘Too Sick’ For Court As Sitting Gets Postponed

A doctor’s certificate was presented in court today to excuse accused murder mastermind Yorgen Fenech to attend court because he was too unwell.
The sitting, which would have continued the compilation of evidence against Fenech and concluded the testimony of Melvin Theuma, was postponed until Thursday.
Fenech is accused of masterminding the murder of journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia.
The doctor’s certificate was presented by prison officer Elenio Galea earlier this morning.
The cause of the illness was not disclosed.
Magistrate Rachel Montebello refused to let the case go on without Fenech present.
