Young Scottish Tourist Dies While Partying In Paceville
A 21-year-old Scottish tourist died while partying at a Paceville nightclub early this morning.
Police and medics were called in at around 3:45am as the young man passed out outside a club in Triq San Ġorġ – Paceville’s main street. He was rushed to Mater Dei for treatment but died shortly afterwards.
There were no signs of violence on the man’s body and a police spokesperson told Lovin Malta his death was likely due to a medical condition. However, they aren’t excluding that he could have overdosed on drugs and magistrate Neville Camilleri has been tasked with an enquiry to establish his cause of death.
