Żejtun Car Crash Leaves Three-Year-Old Girl And Woman Seriously Injured

A three-year-old girl and a 37-year-old woman were seriously injured in a traffic accident in Żejtun last night.

The police said the accident occurred in Triq il-President Anton Buttiġieġ at around 8pm. The accident involved a Toyota Hilux that was being driven by a 22-year-old man from Marsaskala and a Toyota Asgo being driven by a 36-year-old man from Poland.

The statement added that a 37-year-old woman, a 10-year-old girl and a three-year-old girl, all from Poland, were in the second man’s car but the statement didn’t confirm whether or not they were a family.

The two drivers and the 10-year-old girl escaped the accident unscathed.
