Viral Mermaid On Lad Bible Trained In Gozo, Thinks Island Is Part Of Cyprus
A video posted by one of Facebook’s largest communities has drawn the rage of the Maltese islands as an interviewee mistakenly declared Gozo to be a part of Cyprus.
That’s right, it’s officially gone beyond rumours of independence and has now joined an entirely different archipelego.

The video is part of a Lad Bible series called ‘Made It’, and features Grace, a woman who has made being a mermaid her full time job. Despite getting its coordinates completely wrong, she credits Gozo as the place she took the first steps to achieving her dream, after completing a free diving course on the island.
But that didn’t stop Maltese and Gozitan residents having a field day in the comments.
Reading the comments it seems the viral mermaid regrets her slip-up, apologising for “saying the wrong small island” due to the “pressure of filming”. Well, at least it’s one-up on the presenter who thought it was Welsh.
