SURVEY: What Do You Think About Malta’s Air Quality And Traffic Problem?

Article Featured Image

Malta’s traffic issues are firmly the focus of the national debate right now. It’s easy to see why, with the government pushing on with its major infrastructural projects, insisting they are vital to solving the long-ignored problem of congestion.

Meanwhile, activist groups have sprung up in reply with protests calling for the government to protect what trees we have left, many of which are falling victim to road widening.

There’s also a public health issue at play. With at least five deaths a week and 15% of the population suffering from a respiratory disease, traffic is having a very serious effect on our wellbeing.

While politicians and activists debate, Lovin Malta has noticed one voice that hasn’t been heard: Yours.

We want to have a clear picture of what our readers think about Malta’s air quality and whether you think the government’s plans will have any effect on the traffic problem.
