All The 40 Restaurants Which Made It To Malta’s 2024 Michelin Guide

The Malta Michelin Guide for 2024 has been published, and 40 restaurants have made the cut.
With an increase of five establishments from the 2023 list, St Julian’s restaurant Rosami has been given a Michelin Star, Gżira’s Ayu has been given a Bib Gourmand, and Terroir (Attard), One80 (Mellieħa), Level Nine by Oliver Glowing (Mġarr), and Al Sale (Xagħra) have been added to the list of recommended restaurants.
All restaurants that were awarded a Michelin star and Bib Gourmand in 2023 have kept their awards, while, in a first for Malta, Valletta’s ION Harbour was given two stars.
