A top level culinary experience with Malta’s Michelin-starred restaurants coming together in the name of charity is set to be underway soon.

The Phoenicia Malta, together with Charles Grech & Co., will be hosting a one-of-a-kind event, ‘Dine with the Stars’, on February 28th.

This exclusive event will feature a 5-course dinner where Noni, De Mondion, ION, Under Grain and Bahia will showcase their unique dishes.

Dine with the Stars will be a charity initiative in support of the Malta Community Chest Fund.

The evening will begin with welcome champagne and canapes at the elegant Palm Court Lounge, followed by dinner at the Phoenix Restaurant, where guests will have the opportunity to appreciate the creativity and talent of each Maltese Michelin-starred restaurant under one roof.

To cap off the night, guests will be invited to enjoy a drink with the chefs after dinner.

For those who may not be familiar with the term ‘Michelin-starred’, it is a rating system used by the prestigious Michelin Guide to evaluate restaurants’ quality.

The guide awards one to three stars to a small number of restaurants of outstanding quality. Achieving a Michelin star is considered the ultimate accolade in the culinary world, with only a handful of restaurants in each country receiving this prestigious honour.
