Chef Michael Diacono took over Giuseppi’s in 1983, a self-taught Chef, with most of his inspiration hailing from his Mother’s kitchen (Rita Diacono) and the rest from a pure passion for food. His cuisine is good honest Mediterranean food with a lot of Maltese influence and an importance on using local products. Togther with Chris Diacono, whom leads all things service & beverage related at Giuseppi’s, Chris’ passion for good food and drink runs as deep as Michael’s. Together the duo welcome you to Giuseppi's as if into their own living rooms.
