Munch A Bunch: This Maltese Duo Are Making Nut Butter Treats That Are Sinfully Healthy
Do you ever get a craving for something sweet, but want to avoid the tooth ache? Attention foodies, this duo are making sinfully healthy snacks that are raw, vegan, natural and definitely anything but your average bites.
If you haven’t heard of them yet — they’re called Munch A Bunch – and they were among the most popular names when nominations opened for Lovin Malta’s Social Media Awards 2023, nearly making it to the shortlist.
While they didn’t quite make the nominee cut, so many people gave them great shoutouts that we think deserve they deserve to be public.
First of all, what is Munch A Bunch about?
The business started in 2018 when Rebecca’s passion for healthy eating turned into a knack for creating lip-smacking raw creations in the kitchen.
What started off as sharing treats with friends and family then turned into a new small local business she runs with “her better half,” Sam.

Munch a Bunch started off with a range of nut butter, but today they’ve got a full range of in-your-face bliss balls, oat bars, cakes and treats.
Plus, all of their products are free from any nasty preservatives or refined sugar – and handmade with love, of course.
