db Group Just Dropped Their 2025 Festive Menus And This Year It’s A Christmas To Write About

db Hotels & Resorts have just unveiled their 2025 festive programme and it’s genuinely one of the most indulgent Christmas line-ups on the island. Think overflowing buffets, winter-inspired dishes, Lebanese stations, live entertainment, mulled wine at 1am and a special activation that lets you write your Christmas story.
And in case that was not enough, one lucky guest will win an all-inclusive weekend break for two just for booking and sharing their festive experience!
This year’s theme is more than just a slogan. It’s also being taken literally. Anyone who books a festive event will receive a gorgeous “A Christmas To Write About” postcard with their bill. After your meal, jot down your favourite festive moment, drop the card in the special postbox at reception and you’re automatically in the draw for a dreamy winter getaway. The winner will be chosen on 9th January.

Here’s a taste of what db are serving this year, spread across the Guéliz and Coral restaurants at db Seabank and db San Antonio.
Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner – €70 per person
A Mediterranean feast featuring antipasti, honey-roasted sweet potato soup, fusilli tossed in flaked salmon, porchetta stuffed with pesto and prosciutto, pan-seared seabass, veal medallions and a dessert table straight out of a Christmas movie.
Includes free-flowing wine, beer and minerals, plus live entertainment.
Christmas Early Breakfast – €30 per person
Treat yourself to some indulgence after Midnight Mass with an early breakfast. From 1am to 3.30am expect hot chocolate, mulled wine, smoked salmon, freshly baked pastries, live omelette stations, pancakes, waffles and traditional Maltese delicacies like imqaret dripping in honey.
And yes, also free-flowing wine, beer and minerals. (Christmas starts early.)
Christmas Day Buffet Lunch – €70 per person
Roast turkey, Scottish salmon en croûte, beef medallions, lamb steaks, chickpea curry, a Lebanese station with ouzi lamb and chicken shawarma, plus a gorgeous dessert + cheese display.
Perfect for families and large groups.
New Year’s Eve Buffet Dinner – €80 per person
The most luxurious spread: Beef Wellington, slow-roasted lamb, citrus-dill salmon, glazed duck breast, caponata, bhajis, sweet potato tortillas and a dessert selection designed for the last-hour-of-the-year sugar rush.
New Year’s Day Buffet Lunch – €70 per person
Because 1st January deserves good food too. Think herb-crusted snapper, braised lamb shanks, fish ravioli, Spanish paella, Moroccan couscous and honey-glazed Brussels sprouts.
All festive menus include live entertainment and three hours of free parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
