The FHRD HR Quality Mark is awarded to organisations that demonstrate excellence in HR practices and workplace culture and alignment between its HR and business strategies. Following a thorough assessment by independent auditors, Elmo Insurance demonstrated a strong commitment to HR excellence, with a well-defined people- centric approach, well-structured HR policies and processes and visible alignment between its core values and daily operations.
The audit recognised strengths across all six core areas of the audit: Strategy, Talent, Engagement, Career, Efficiency and Relations.
